Return & Refund Policy
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- Originals receipts would need to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
We will do a full refund within 1 day you place an order. When the order is in processing and shipped then we don’t do any refund. For some serious cause we can refund the full money within 3 days from the day you place the order. To get that 3 days Refund option you have to mail us directly through our mail email@example.com and we will replay you within 1 business day and update your order.
We also do a full refund if the product have out of stock after your order placing (We don’t display any out of stock product. But if it happen then we will automatically refund 100% within 1 days.)
